Back & Hip Rehab Classes

Our back and hip rehab classes are small group classes aimed at providing an active exercise-based approach to rehabilitation following an episode of back or hip pain. These classes are appropriate for anyone who experiences mid or low back pain, hip pain or pelvic pain, as well as pregnant women, or to aid recovery post-partum. If you have experienced a bout of acute pain and are currently progressing through your recovery, or if you are currently pain free but suffer from chronic or regular bouts of back, hip or pelvic pain, then these classes are for you! Our small group classes are run by a physiotherapist who will endeavour to prescribe individually tailored exercises in a class setting.
